I had a few issues during my stay. The minibar was empty. The pillows were very large and hard, and I couldn’t sleep on them. At one point, I felt cold and tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it showed that the window was open, even though it wasn’t. It’s probably that they’ve centralized the control and blocked the possibility of turning it on. Cleaning in the rooms is only done upon request, and it took us two days to read that on the small print on the card given to us at check-in. I stayed in a room for people with disabilities, and because of that, the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. The sink didn’t have side counters, and there wasn’t even a place to put personal items. However, I’m not complaining about that, just mentioning it. On the positive side, the hotel is very well located in the city center. It’s beautiful, clean, and in good condition, as is the entire room. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Additionally, you can find an iron and ironing board, slippers, and a hairdryer in the room. Would choose it again.

Lovely hotel. Recently refurbished. Location is perfect (just off Rynek square). 10mins walk to the airport bus. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. It was two single beds together (so superking size) but with a mattress topper so you couldn't feel the devide so that was great. There were plants at reception you could take to your room which was a lovely idea. We had wonderful massage at the spa. Excellent value for money. Wroclaw itself is also very nice to visit. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The cafe/bar was quite nice in the hotel too.

The hotel was unexpectedly large and modern. The room was spacious with blackout curtains, AC, and very soothing lighting. Everything worked well and made my stay very easy. The best part was the Thai Spa on the 6th floor - amazing massages for great prices - I went twice! The breakfast spread was copious with many options. And the location of the hotel was excellent; easy enough for taxis to reach, yet extremely central in close proximity to everything.

The hotel is very central, the initial room we had was recently rennovated and was to a very high spec. We had a couple of issues and the staff dealt with them promptly and efficiently. The breakfast was lovely on the day we tried it. If we return to Wroclaw we would absolutely consider this venue The second room was also lovely and so much quieter. All staff encountered were superb!

The location was terrific, just around the corner from the old town market square. The underground parking garage has an elevator that goes into the hotel, which is convenient (you can pay for the parking at the front desk and they'll validate your ticket). The room was nice and the bed was comfy, breakfast was terrific with a large spread of hot and cold food options.
